Warranty Info

  • New P4L Innovations products come with a one year limited warranty. This covers manufacturer, component, and material defects only. Improper installation and abuse is not covered under our warranty. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser. If you have any issues with your product beyond the warranty period, please reach out to us through our repair request form and we will be happy to help.

  • All used/refurbished products come with a 30 day limited warranty. This warranty covers component and labor defects only. Improper installation and abuse is not covered under our warranty. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser.   • We offer a 30 day warranty on all amplifiers we repair. This warranty only covers component and labor defects for the areas we repaired. This does not include components that were not worked on. For example, if we repair the output section of your amplifier, then shortly after the power supply section fails, it is not covered under warranty. please note that the warranty period starts once your amplifier has been repaired, not once you have installed it. Amplifiers can have issues after sitting for long periods of time. Improper installation and abuse is not covered under our warranty.

Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns except in the unlikely event you have received a defective product. If your product is defective, or not operating properly, please reach out to us at p4linnovations@gmail.com. We will attempt to repair your product or replace it with another unit. In the event this is not possible, you will receive a full refund. In order for a unit to be replaced, or an order to be refunded, the defective unit must be sent back to us for inspection.

Payment for repairs

  • Once your amplifier has been repaired, you will have 30 days to make payment for the repairs. If you have extenuating circumstances and need more time, we can extend this period for another 30 days (60 days total) for a 10% charge (extra 10% of your total repair bill). If you do not make payment within this time, we will have to sell your amplifier to recoup repair and storage fees. This is something we never want to do, so please keep this in mind when sending an amp in for repair.

Shipping

  • All orders will ship within 1-2 days of being placed. You will receive confirmation/tracking once your order is on it’s way.

  • All repaired amplifiers will ship within 1-2 days of payment being received. You will receive confirmation/tracking once your amp is on it’s way.
